Clean and Simple Day 2 card 2

This was an interesting technique using water color pencils. I stamped and image using a very light color ink and then tracing over it with the pencils. Then you take a thin paint brush and useing water your trace over the image giving it a very unique look. I changed the card up a bit by using a dabber of ink around the image overlapping my colors and then finished it off with embellishments. There you have it a one layer card clean and simple.

I'm very much behind in these card classes but forge ahead I will. This was a simple card although it used many different techniques I had to improvise on some of it. I didn't have any arrows for the heart so I'm arrowless LOL. I did however use Eclipse paper to cut out the heart and then used a dabber to ink around that heart that was pretty cool. Then I used Shape and Tape paper to cut out my little circle putting a Epoy dot over it and end off with two stripes of glitter tape.

Clean & Simple Card Class

I have just finished my firs card from day 1 and it did not go so well. Using the mists I found difficult to use as I was getting these blotches on the page as you can see. I made about 4 of these cards and each time the same outcome. I am not giving up I will move on and tackle the next card as I am 4 days behind. I know what I will be doing this weekend.
